My name is Rebecca Pickrel, and I am the face behind Pickrel Photography, Fine Art. I am an International award-winning, Certified Master Photographer, serving NE Wyoming.

Here's the condensed version of who I am and what makes me....me! I’m a wife of 40 years to my greatest blessing earth-side, my husband Clint. I am a mom to three amazing sons and their beautiful wives, and a Gabby, aka grandma, to six (and one little angel in Heaven), of the most delightful treasures my heart could ever imagine. I am a daughter, a sister, and a friend. I love Jesus passionately, and my faith is paramount to who I am and what I do. I am a serious coffee addict and adore my Great Dane, Leonidas. I sing, play piano, have way too many houseplants, hate doing laundry, struggle with staying focused, and I can be a total goofball. I’m also highly emotional. I ride a really cool Can-Am Spyder, live on a gorgeous ranch right by the mountains, and am almost a Wyoming native, having spent the majority of my life living in NE Wyoming. I can always see something beautiful to photograph and try to always have my Canon close by. I am a conceptual and fine art portrait photographer, and I am always up for exploring interesting and thought-provoking ideas. I also dabble in product photography and freelance commercial work. But truly, it's people that I am most passionate about photographing.

In 2016, I became a Certified Professional Photographer through the Professional Photographers of America, and in 2020

I earned my Master Photographer Degree, also through the PPA. I am now working on artist images with the hopes of earning my Master Artist Degree, over the next few years. I am also moving toward my Craftsman Degree and hope to do more one-on-one mentoring and teaching. My biggest photographic accomplishments to date are bringing home a 2nd place Grand Imaging Award from the International Print Competition in 2019 for pet portraiture, winning a 3rd place portrait award from the Association Of Professional Photographers, and being awarded the title of Wyoming General Photographer of the year in 2018, and Wyoming Master Photographer of the year in 2022.
